We believe that children are a vital part to the life of the church - not just when they grow up, but now.
Because of this outlook on children’s ministry, we are constantly looking for ways to use our children and youth in leadership roles within the worship service, such as being an acolyte or serving communion. We leave it completely up to you as to whether your kids join you in worship after the Children's Message or if they leave to attend Children's Church. Regardless of your decision, you can be assured that whichever worship experience they attend, they will be learning about God's love for them and how to be servants for the world!
Infants & Pre-k
Our nursery is available for children ages newborn through age four during Sunday School and worship and is led by Lindsey Nobles (our Nursery Director) and Cheryl Nobles. During this time, children will learn Bible stories, make crafts, and enjoy a snack!
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Carolyn "Nana" Roland (our Children's Church director) and Jeanine Ratterree lead the children with the United Methodist literature and hands on experiences to enhance their faith.
Children’s Ministry Events
Our United Arts program gives children and youth (K-12) the opportunity to grow in their faith through music and art.
They meet on Sundays from 3-5pm and have two performances per year - once at Christmas and once in the spring.
Register your child(ren) and/or youth so we can be best prepared!
This year’s Fall Festival will be on Sunday, October 20th from 4-6pm!
This FREE event is family-friendly with Trunk-or-Treat, a bounce house, hay rides, face painting, hot dogs, and more!
We hope to see you there!
